quaking!

Had a few earthquakes yesterday; one happened when I was at work, the other when we were home in the evening. (Sometimes I get a little nervous during them while at work since I'm on the 32nd floor of a building!)

I am glad it's Friday. I can't wait for the weekend. Going to brunch tomorrow with a friend who's in town for the weekend; she actually introduced Tom & I almost 12 years ago. (I've probably told this story before but she wasn't actually there when we met, she just had me 'show around this new guy in town' while she was away, she had known him in college and he'd just moved here).

I am happy to see her and naturally owe a lot to her, but we don't keep in touch regularly and it will also remind me of a time I was a totally different person than I am now... so I am a little anxious. Luckily Tom is going as well, so that should take some strain off!

There are just some things you don't want to be reminded of!

I hope you all have a great weekend my lovelies!

Ok, earthquakes are weird. We only get giant snowstorms and giant snowplows that go by and you can feel it. I would absolutely freak out if I was working way up and it started shaking. I would leave and never come back... I hope that you have a nice weekend and enjoy spending some time with a friend. Don't let it stress you out, she isn't the same person she was 12 years ago either:)

I hope you enjoyed your visit.

Also? Be ready to move when those earthquakes come in. You'll have a long way to walk down!
